i have read that C# does not have header files. so how do you import other files to program.cs or into main ?

when i use debug mode for this while loop, Im getting :

if i enter n =10 , then i = n = 10 , so the for loop will iterate from 10 to 0, while i decrements by 1 ?

everytime I try it, the program will look for a test.html file under C:\myWebServerRoot/ and for the line

sr = new StreamReader("data\\Mime.Dat");

it will return an empty string ??
