there is value in cell 2 and it also comparing it with itemcode, after completing the loop it generate the exception.

exactly on if (dataGridView2.Rows[i].Cells[2].Value.ToString() == itemcode) line

I think u should put the DataTable coldt = new DataTable() and DataTable hawbb = new DataTable() in ViewState and then u should bind it to ur GridView.

simple on windows forms

1- There is a table in sql server connected to C#.net windows application,
2- I want to select a row from datagridview (using Event Handler) and generate it into form's text box.
3- It can be done by using sql select query, But I want to do it by using Event Handler.
