thanks alot..i follow the instruction
and the error gone but i try to execute this instruction "SVM m = new SVM()"
and i have this exception
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)

really i don't know, i want to build an application using nlp(natural language process)
that give the user useful information about his page that help him in it.
