Thank you for your response.
It is inserting data into TABLE1 only.Please confirm what about second table.
how we would insert/update in that in second table, as it is having FK for TABLE1.

I am creating a excel macros, in which I am using a textbox and ListBox.
In text box when user provides a specific folder path, then all the available file names in that folder should display in the listbox.
