ShowWindow(SW_MINIMIZED); please tell me that how and where to use this function i.e. from where to handle this function?

Further..
I will try to explain again what exactly I want to do...
have a dialog suppose appeared on the desktop, there is a icon of dialog application in the taskbar, now when I Click on the taskbar icon of the dialog application, it should get minimized to the task bar(as other applications do..) but it is not taking place. At the same time if click on the minimize button of dialog application it get minimized to the task bar, and now when click on the task bar icon of application it gets maximized.

I think scenario would be clear(i.e. clicking on the task bar icon application doesn't get minimized to task bar..)

Please help regarding this

yes, definitely have to click...but the problem is from taskbar icon, when clicking popped up dialog from taskbar icon it's not going to taskbar and vice versa is taking place....

please helm
