thanks for the help! but actually im not supposed to use any webcam or any camera devices.i just want the application to record the desktop activities that are done by the user

no what im saying is suppose if i wanna implement online test in my webapplication and after completion while using it when the student is using the website and suppose if the user clicks new tab to find solutions to the test..i want the new tab to contain the same webform in which hes already in

actually u didnt get what i asked.im creating a web application known as search site for students.in this students will make a registration and after that they will be redirected to search page where they can type the text which they want to search bout.and my question is that suppose if the user enters "www.fb.com" i want they page to show a POP UP message defining that this page is restricted..and that screenshot should be sent to the admin that this particular user has tried to search something unrelated
