its a column where i have to automatically update time. at page load data is fetched from database but after that it works as a timer ie. time gets subtracted by 1 second. please give example

getting same error in

my code is -
string currentPageUrl = Request.Url.ToString();
UTF8Encoding utf8 = new UTF8Encoding();
