here is the attach part. and i started the timer on window_loaded after 5 secs.i'm sure the form will be ready by that time.because it doesn't load anything from database or sth.

in the described wcf duplex communication client requests for a service, and server sends some notification to client using callback. but i want Server start this process and send a request to client,then client answer to server

where are you getting this .txt file?in a folder or an email?
the service will be running always, it should check for new data and upload it to server and backup data to a new place and delete it. to don't send it again. of course you should give me more information about how you receive it and how you want to upload it

I found WCF quiet very easier than socket programming. because i need to transfer dataTable from client to server and the size of this information is high. with considering this situation could you show me a good article with sample code?

I looked at the link and i learned a little about Duplex communication.
But in the way i got this,we have a service (which i should call it server) offers some operations and we have clients which uses these operations. and this operations through a callback uses another operation of the client.

my problem is I have a Main Program which maybe i run it from on any node in my lan. this Main program displays a list of Computers in my domain.each one has a local Ip Address.I want to send some requests to the selected client and client must return some data to server.
please guid me how can i do such a thing

because i want to get monitor name and model and ther is no information in wmi classes. and you cannot get display adapter dedicated memory, and you cannot get Ram devices model and manufacturer and ...

it's working on the localhost, and i tested it with wcftestclient

the problem is i don't know how to change endpoint to work in a lan network
how should i configure in the server program and client program ?

in one example i downloaded, the program goes in not respond , and in another the client program shows a message box that cannot connect to the server
