yes... one thing is that i am using MDIParentForm of Windows form app as Mdiparent... MDIContainer is default true with this form....

main form is the mdiparent form..

i generate the textbox & property window at runtime. after setting properties of textbox i want to store it, because it need to display next time.

can you explain more about it?

@Ravi Thanks for your feedback..
I can move the textbox.. But i want to set the moving boundary that textbox can't move outside the panel...
