I have one doubt :- can single domain have multiple application pools and if yes then how can i host the site in different application pool.???

It means once i initialize that variable in page load it will be initialize for all the peoples accessing my web site???

its correct. I have seen it before but, i don't want serial numbers of all hard drives.
I want serial number of a drive in which my operating system is installed like i have installed windows OS in C: drive and if C: drive is in the first hard drive then I want serial number of that drive.
