Like to inform you that i am a MCA student. and i keep doing experiments to get more information about .net technologies.

First i like to inform you that i don't want any database.

second i want information on cookies. i have basic knowledge about cookies. Now i want to understand that can i create a cookies table. if any person visits the website first time cookies table get created in user system along with the information which i will mention in my web application. user browser reads that information form cookies every time when user visit the website.

i hope you able to understand what i am looking for. please let me know if my question is still confusing.

suggestion given by you helped me a lot. earlier was under impression that we have a some tool to upload the database like filezilla which we use for uploading the pages(but i was wrong). with help of your suggestions i open the somee hosting site, there was an option to create database, their i created my test database and connection string was automatically created by the system.

and i use this connection string and in my VC# app and it works yapppiiii. a very nice and simple learning.

before i end just wanted to say u thank you for cumming forward and helping students like us.

VS2010 did not allows me to use this syntax, it gave me below error:

Error 1 'object' does not contain a definition for 'text' and no extension method 'text' accepting a first argument of type 'object' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
