data is not binding.tell me how to relate first code with 2nd one.both code were related to each other in html page as

but when i converted that html page in aspx problem is created.

i have used datakeynames property as---Sno
but now it showing error:Procedure or function 'Del' expects parameter '@Sno', which was not supplied.

it worked around error.
but how to solve main problem. and also there is another problem that after selecting item in DDList1 DDList2 become invisible..
