u can split the text in two using "mid" function and embed that in a text object

right click on the {@Clockin2} object go insert summary and select count there. after that right click on count and in suppress formula {@Clockin2} <> "Late"

add another two more section below the report header (i.e report header b and report header C) and place the duplicate and triplicate in it.

while creating subreport u can select use existing report and change the header in it as per your requirement

or u can create a table for with column containing value original,duplicate,triplicate and cross join in SP and in report level take group of new table value.
