that's pre-added sql coded by sql server,that's why i asked for some links to understand and read more about sql and programming in sql,i'm new to sql

i updated my connection string to this:
SqlConnection("Data Source=209.54.48.113;User ID=****;password=****;Initial Catalog=database;Trusted_Connection=True;Pooling=False");
but still not working!

of course no!it contains a hello world(i'm not that noob)!i just saw that my iis is stoped and when i start it and apply changes it gets stopped again
i'll try unistall and install it again

no i didn't write any code,in fact i made this project just to test if my iis is installed,when i press run,firefox opens and url is: http://localhost:18927/ but the page is blank and white!should i publish my web site in wwwroot folder?or create a virtual directory in iis?

how can i give more info?i use vs2010 , i made a simple web application with .NET Framework 3.0,i turned iis on and installed ASP.NET v4.0
