i cannot get what you say? If i want to this assignment what i need to know 1st?

I don't have testbook.I just have notes but my notes nothing related to this assignment.My lecturer give the notes is all about basic things.Example what is computer, processor,hardisk,input , output this kind of question.

I am not IT student.I am business student but i got Basic Computing this course and the lecturer ask us to do this assignment.He just teach some basic thing and ask us to do this kind of assignment.This project got related to Marcos.
