Sir, when I said hold I was mean keeping the records forever. because those select queries is where I did calculation, I just want them to keep records forever.

Sir, allow me to send to you sql query to see that, since there is no where through this forum I can send to u my database unless if I get know your email address. this sql query bellow it is for one of the select query table that do not hold their records, for them they hold it from another tables where they get the sources.

And then bellow is select query that hold it content

FROM Role INNER JOIN Staff ON Role.ID = Staff.Id_role;

Me, I m using Visual Basic Studio 2010 Express, that why I say I m using vb.net, I don't use VBA, I also use mdb version instead of accb, because there is time my vb.net changed to mdb where I couldn't change to accb version, I even change my database that time.

I need to store data after the calculation has already made in vb.net because I m not get how to call those query in my vb.net

I thought it can exist. so how can i call my query when is not seen, through data source? I try even to add new data source to see if I can get it, I did not. I would like to know how I can also use query using bound_data controls. like dragging from data source

Sir here are codes I used but when I press on button to save it refuse it bring error that that wasn't the command that I should use and when I use update without adapter it refuses also. bellow are the codes I m talking to

I related mane bar to access, I would like it to be applied as buttons. I have buttons and the same time have menu bar, but I don't exactly How I can use it, so that one change might not affect another on different pages of tabcontrol.

It has been changed to Microsoft.jet.OLEDB.4.0 and I changed the database to mdb but I don't know why when I m saving through vb.net interface after a while the datal stored in database disappear. what make such problem?

Sir, I m not so good in this staff since I'm beginning working with vbnet, so what should I do? what it if I use fixed Service type where stand as Admin and User as role, and then I allow username and password to be changed due to registration of users . how should I do that,do selection of those items.

My question is about how I can have two different accessibility to users, one administrator and others, as you see here in codes above, the datarow is scaning the the each row and after muching with record it display the LibrarySystemForm.

Yes I tried to fill code on datagredview, like on the last, where there is AmountDatagridview,

Anyway, tabcontrol I m using, it is on the main form that has menus, and I have others forms due to how my access database has many tables, my question was to know how I can insert those form in tabcontrol, basically in tapages and then edit them from there through menus. that how is.
