Start debugging it, seems like you don't have error reporting

I'm agree with enhzflep. You should correct this error : <body >
It will not solve your problem but this added space can cause some errors

Have you the same framework installed on all computers ? Maybe function from framework that you use is doing a cast.

Oh ok, I quote MSDN :
Object initializers let you assign values to any accessible fields or properties of an object at creation time without having to explicitly invoke a constructor.

Your datagridview seems to be bound to a datasource, so you have to unassign the datasource or clear the datasource.

Do you have a default value in textbox2 and textbox3 ?
Because if the value is "" you got a FormatException.

Because you don't throw exception in the binddata function

You have to calculate the total and add a row in your datasource with the result in.

It's seems to be the same problem, a render state problem after drawing with spritebatch

If you wants an image instead of a button just create a new column with type DataGridViewImage and do that :
foreach (DataGridViewRow item in dataGridView1.Rows)
{
if (item.Cells[0].Value.ToString() == "1")
{
item.Cells[1] = new DataGridViewImageCell()
{
Value=new Bitmap("test.png") //for my exemple I load an external img
};
}
else
{
item.Cells[1] = new DataGridViewImageCell()
{
Value=new Bitmap("image2.png")
};
}
}

I don't see what you means by background button but I think you want to change properties of the newly created button, you can with that :
foreach (DataGridViewRow item in dataGridView1.Rows)
{
if (item.Cells["yourStatusColumn"].Value == "1")
{
item.Cells["ColumnName"] = new DataGridViewButtonCell()
{
Value = "1" //or whatever you wants
};
}
else
{
item.Cells["ColumnName"] = new DataGridViewButtonCell()
{
Value = "not 1" //or whatever you wants
};
}
}
You can replace the if/else by a switch of item.Cells["yourStatusColumn"].Value if you are more value to check.

Oh sorry, it's an ASP application... I thought it was windows form.
Do you really wants to do a postback everytime user type ? I think it will cost too much especially if a lot of user are typing at the same time. But if you want to do that consider using Javascript to call the postback with his keypress event.
Hope that help you
