You're going to have to provide more detail about the requirement than this. Select a picture in what? What are you selecting?? An image or a file? If it's a file, it's already saved, so what's really supposed to happen here?

Take a look at this app. I think the procedures you need to follow are in Sub MenuItem3_Click, near the bottom. Basically, you get a file name from the file select dialog, then save the image to it.
