Solution 1

What is your header ? I thought there was no question here and was going to delete it. The answer is to fix your mail settings so that they connect to the mail server properly. And fix your header so it says something.

Try telnet on the SMTP IP and PORT

Try HELO commond on the SMTP IP and PORT

I think the server is not available

Solution 3

The SMTP server is rejecting your request - it could be for many reasons and without more info it is hard to guess - you need to check your security settings, passwords etc. and make sure they match.
