DLINQ in visual stutio 2008

If i open vs 2008 then i click on new->project->then their is no Linq preview option....then how could i open DLINQ Console or windows application.
help me ..... i am trying this from last 2 week....

but Linq preview option is not their i know Dling Quick start article but i cant open linq preview thatswhy i cant proceed
