wpf creating menu and navigating to another page or window

can anyone tell me how to create menu and navigate to another page or window in wpf.
actually i m making a desktop project in wpf.
eg:of menu is
company masterentry reportentry etc.etc. (menu items of mainpage)
company menu have sub menu items called select company and create company.when i click on select company a select company should open.
like a website menu we use to do.thanx in advance.
