I am guessing it has something to do with this; http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-ref/

Hi Dave, just trying to get the OP to "lift a finger," and clarify the (probably homework ?) question, which is absurdly broad, and refers to an obscure W3c semantic format. A simple Google search on C# and "Owl" would have started this lazy-bones questioner off on some kind of track.
