Is there any API Viewer replacement in VB 2008?

Dear Friends.

In VB 6, There was a good tool "API Viewer". But in VB 2008, I have not found that tool. So, does there any replacement of that tool exist in VB 2008? And How can I find that tool in VB 2008.
Plz Help Me.
