Has any one done this before ??
Any library files available in internet to access / read this ODB++ ??

Solution 2

You can use the PCB-Investigator SDK. It allows to read ODB++.

Its possible to include the PCB-Investigator to your solution references to use it as library.
There are an API with it you can LoadODB jobs and modify them.

not really, I don't have much knowledge about your problem though, i was just asking if you look for in on google. try to find out proper forum for problem like this
