Sending SMS with text from text stream

Hello, is there any way to send sms in C# with text from some (text) stream sites? So everytime when the site where is the text stream refreshes with new text it will send a SMS with that text into the user-set phone number (in textbox for example). Thanks for any kind of help

what do you mean by "text stream site"?

For example some sport sites provide text stream instead of video stream. There is commentator which writes what happens in the match to the site so you know it without watching video and my question was if its possible to send this via sms :). Sorry for my bad english don't know how to properly descripe this text streaming sites
