Hai,
how can detect symbol and finding pixel at runtime from webcam image.I just place that symbol in my neck place.

If you are supposed to detect a symbol (is it like a character?), what pixel are you going to "find"? What is the meaning and the purpose of it?

symbol like a square with filled any color and find pixel value of middle point of square.for example in my neck (both side) i placed square symbol from this i need to find pixel value of both square point.
