Put the Webchat option in online shopping website

Hello friends,

I am working with online shopping website for telecommunication. I need to put customer support like online chat option.
I searched many options in Google, i got some results with ajax, jquery in asp.net but its not good. Can any one suggest good pointers?

No. jQuery & AJAX are tools in themselves to make the whole experience. You have to write some code around them to have a chat tool.

That is i know sir, for that i have to write some code behind that , but is there any control of ajax? there is JaxterChat control but how can i download that?
