I wanna be able to draw multiple windows and doors

I want to be able to draw multiple windows and doors on a page using dimensions extracted from the DB, and the drawings must display on a visio like page that will be printable. I am a beginner programmer not very knowledgeable so I would like to know if there's anything I can use as the visio like drawing page any tools available ?

If you're looking to output to a printable surface I would recommend looking into GDI+ that way you can render an image that can be saved and displayed however you see fit.

It was made for it all .Net languages. It is pretty pricey but is very feature rich for what you're talking about.
