Automatically connect IP Camera to the System over the internet ASP.net & C#

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I would like to say sorry if my question doesn't make sense at all. But I am seeking for your help on the following question:

Does anyone know how IP Camera can automatically connect to Video Management System (supposed we have already built Video Management System) by just connecting IP Camera to Lan Connection?

Are there any possible ways to deal with this?
Your help is highly appreciated.

i don't think so it's possible. there should be some service installed in client computer. without that you can not connect your camera over internet.
