How to use GPRS using windows API?

Hello anybody
I am relatively familiar to C programming and windows API, and now I want to use GPRS (Windows API) to connect to java applications on android platform. Can anyone tell me where to start, show material and links to study, and most usefull will be some simple examples to get familiar quickly. Please notice that I want to use GPRS in PC Windows, not Windows mobile and not windows CE. Thanks in advance

question isn't clear..do you want to use GPRS using windows API or Android?

I think it is clear. It is clear, I want to use GPRS in windows API to connect to java applications on andrid. The applications In the androd side are created by jaba compilers.

Searching "C Windows mobile GPRS" did not result to any Windows API help. It results to windows mobile api but I want to connect to GPRS from a PC.

Searching "C Windows API GPRS" also did not result to any Windows API help. It resulted to Windows CE articles.
