enable grid data on perticular button

when i click on new(button) then i want to enable= false of grid data means any one cant done any oeration on that grid row..
means when i click edit(button) then that grid row i can select ...but its operate on edit(button)...
but on new(button)i dont want that all operation so how can i do???
plz help me....

New Button and Edit Button is available in Each Grid Row or one in the form ?
