My SQL connectivity Problem

Hello friend,

I am using MY-SQL as a database with Window Application. I want to make one system as a server for database. and other system access database from that server. But When I access from Laptop to Laptop Its working fine, But When I connect two PC its not working. I cant understand what kind of problem is this. Please give some suggestions.
I also tried firewall off. But get no result.

Can you telnet to database pc on mysql default port 3306?

Use ip address instead of computer name in web.config

I am using IP Address. But Also there is one problem, Connection is DHCP , IP can changed.

Solution 2

while you giving ip address to your system unchecked DHCP Server:- as disabled

because it changed the ip address automatically so there is problem in your web config.
use your manual ip address.
