Populating XML value in treeview control

I have a XML document and i can succefully load it to treeview control what i need is that if i want to add new child node in xml from treeview than how i can......

I am populating all the values in treeview

but i want to show only value i.e

HTML

<fixpram name="UserID" value="String" />

in treeview i want show only

UserID and String...

i asked two questions in above stmt pls help
