I am Developing a Bulk SMS and Bulk Mail Application For a Client First Time in my career. Please guid me, So that i prevent those mail should not go in spam....

If your mail will be detected as spam,it will go to spam folder. Its not the sender who decides in which folder the mail should be.If you code everything and i mark your mail address as spam,than all your subsequent mail will go to spam folder in my mail.

Obviously. Try using one of the email service. If you mark some address as spam then it will be in spam. Its on client(reciepent in this case) to decide whether its a spam or a normal mail.

sir i talked to some other persons and they are complaining that when ever they send 100 or more than 100 reciepent
mail goes to spam.... does it make any sense Sir..

There are several points you have to look at:

- Emails which are sent from a mail-server domain which is not the same as the sender email domain will mostly treated as spam
- Emails where the sender adress does not exist (worse: the sender domain does not exist) are treated as spam
- Emails with too less text (and worse: with too less text and a hyperlink) will be treated as spam
