Dynamically adjust iframe

Hi all,
I am getting problem with iframe.I need a code to which will increase height of iframe.There are lots of solution on internet.But I didn't get specific solution.Action there is a form I am using in I frame.When I stretched a text area the elements are disappear.
Please help me out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
