I have a problem I need to solve. is as follows. imagine that I have a value of annual consumption for use in a company. this value is X then over time I have a few intakes that i keep the total of product value in DB. what I want is the sum of these totals and check with Annual Total I have. but I want to show this expenditure in a progressive bar to give the illustration of how will my consumption ... ie total consumption .. this will be my 100% and the remaining sum will show the percentage on the page until it reaches 100%, or that is, the overall value.

how can I do this?

It's difficult to tell from your narrative, which one part are you having difficulty with?

Imagine I have a table that contains the values

a - 10
b - 25
c - 8
d - 30

to show the sum of these values in a progressive bar, and set the maximum value to 100 = 100%. the sum of those values equals 73, which is also 73% of the progressive bar.

this is my idea .. pass these values picked up from my table and display.

Okay.... and? Which is the ONE part that seems to be giving you difficulty? Adding numbers? Getting the data out of the database? Putting a progress bar on your page (I have no idea what a progressive bar would be)? Setting the value of the progress bar? Where is the code that you have written that you have tried? What is the problem with the code you have tried?
