After Publishing Web Application in IIS It Throws Error as 'Access is Denied'

I've Published Web Application in Windows 7 Enterprise Edition
But Im Getting This Problem

Access is denied.

Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. The server may not be configured for access to the requested URL.

Error message 401.2.: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration. Verify that you have permission to view this directory or page based on the credentials you supplied and the authentication methods enabled on the Web server. Contact the Web server's administrator for additional assistance.

And? If there is some sort of a question here, I missed it? Is the error message not clear to you? Did you do anything that the error message told you to do?

i changed Application Pool to Classic
Then I tried Removing Authentication Tag From Web.config as It prohibits Access of unauthorised Users

My first thought is to make sure the site is an appliaction and to enable anonymous access if that fails Try this[^] its how i solve all my iis problems.
