Do you see web as a category in the left?

Also, this is not a code question so you may have more luck on a technical forum.

web in the left does not appear ???? mean does not exist

In visual studio 2012
Check on the following way
-> Add New Item
-> Visual C#/Vb
-> Web
-> Web Form Using Master Page
-> Give your Page Name
-> Add
-> Choose your master Whatever in your solution

If not avaialable try to reinstall your visual studio

I am using ultimate. See in ultimate after reinstall
For Visual Basic 2012 Professional.
Try this:

1. Right Click on the Solution name in the solution explorer
2. Point to Add and select New Item
3. In the New Item Dialog, Select the Content Page Template
4. Give your desired name and Click Add
This will prompt you to select you the master you wish to use
5. Select the desired Master and Click OK.

Thank you.
