Hi All

I am unable to run my website in local host instead it directly hitting my live website.
Please can someone guide me. What I need to check. I checked web.config and it's fine.

Try to follow this:-

Right click on your web project --> Properties --> Web tab --> Then under server section check the value. Is it pointing to External host or something else?

Edit your host file http://superuser.com/questions/196091/hosts-file-location-in-windows-7[^]

Add your local host details in Host file like

127.0.0.1 www.example.com

Use the 127.0.0.1 IP while adding host details
