How write Configuration File for RealVnc's server ?

Hi,
I want change setting of vncserver of RealVnc by configuration file. So I should write a configuration file for this but i don't know what is correct syntax.
Have anyone experience or any sample?

Thanks Peter. Yes, I know that. I read your solution before but it didn't work in windows on realvnc 5.2.1 or other new version. I'm lookin for a sample that work.
