It's hard for me to tell what happened at the time but it seems to be ordering correctly now. Chances are it was a caching issue.
For reference, the ordering of answers is:

The Layout: fixed | fluid in the bottom of the page doesn't seem to work. Tried using FF4.0 and Opera11.11.
It doesn't really matter now since I'm using my relative's PC at the time. But it'll be a pain when I get back to work tomorrow, I just can't keep my focus without the empty space at both sides.
Excuse me for my improper grammar and typos.
It's because English is my primary language, not my first language.
My first languages are C# and Java.
VB, ASP, JS, PHP and SQL are my second language.
Indonesian came as my third language.
My fourth language? I'm still creating it, I'll let you know when it's done!

New users may very well be users who have been watching and reading for a while and now want to participate. It's not fair to hobble their involvement because because of a (relatively) small number of spammers.
The "vote to remove message" and member reporting system are here to be used. I think what you're after is this[^].
