That makes sense too, though I don't see the use of "le" and I think the French (and Canadia-ans) use a different form of quote. So...
Je ne fais pas couleur «je».
Or should I say...
Tu ne fais pas coleur «je».
Or, given your position as overlord of the hamsters, perhaps this would be more appropriate:
Vous ne faites pas coleur «je».

Lately, I have been noticing the quality of articles on CP is going down. One of the basic rule is to have article in english. How come this was approved?

I think this was just corrected.
When I opened it up from your link, I saw the article in Spanish. I went to the bottom and opened the comment about it not being in English, I clicked the articles permalink and suddenly it was in English - confused the heck out of me

What a well timed post.
Sean and I have been talking about a new system to handle exactly this type of thing. There's not enough editors to handle the workload, so we're going to tackle this issue in two ways
1. The editors will focus on all new articles and ensure they either meet a minimum bar or are pushed back to 'composing' status to have the author rework it
2. We enlist help from you guys to help us identify and correct formatting and grammar issues such as this. English isn't everyone's first language (C++ is, though, right??) so the most important thing for me is that the community help make an article better as opposed to making an author feel dumb.

Good to hear that you are thinking about this.
Do you really think C++ is everyone's first language? I thought it was C# 
I have another suggestion. I notice that most of the articles are not really good enough for articles but Tips. And when pointed out, Author starting asking how to convert an Article to Tip. As far as I know, there isn't any option to do it yourself (apart from sending mail to Sean).
Why not include an option, for e.g. : 'Switch to ->' Arctile | Tip | Whatever...

There is definitely the ability to convert articles to tips (and vice versa), except if the article is an alternative to an existing article. In this case the alternative article must be of the same type.
Tips are meant to be very small, very quick tips. Short articles are fine, so we need to be careful we don't pollute tips with small articles.

May be a new queue where all such articles that get 5 votes for 'Wrong Type' are pushed and users with power can convert it into other type and push back again into approval queue?

Up until fairly recently, only CPians above a certain reputation level were allowed to vote on new articles, but it now seems that anyone can do so. I suspect this often means the use of friends and/or sock puppets to get sub-standard or incomplete articles published.

When I signed on as an editor, one of the restrictions asked was that we didn't touch new articles (articles less than three months old). Perhaps if this restriction were lifted, we'd help tackle the backlog.

On the main page under Cast your vote, for some reason the first in the list is "Best ASP.NET article of April 2011".
I took a look at them and they look like good articles, but they are not from last month

You run a monthly article competition, you give it rules like "appear on these dates in 2011 and only 2011," you dig a hole in the ground when it's finished it's life, you bury it, and somehow (against all logic) it rises up and walks again.
Why won't monthly article competitions stay buried?

Yeah, I'm having problems too. It reverted to 10 messages per page instead of my custom 50. Doesn't want to change back.
