But I think there is no problem with https itself. I can freely open youtube.com over https and have no problems with it at all.
What also I have found using a small bash script is that youtube.com support next set of ciphers with TLS 1.0 (script output, filtered by YES):

Testing ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA...YES

Using website SSL Cipher Suites Supported By Your Browser[^] from my mobile I have found that connection was established using TLS 1.0 and ciphers
AES128-SHA (Opera Mobile)
AES256-SHA (Nokia Browser)
and both these ciphers are supported by youtube.com and unsupported on codeproject.com
So the question arises... Can support for these ciphers be added on codeproject.com? It seems like youtube (read: Google) has not banned these...

I've tried again to access codeproject.com from my mobile. Nothing has changed...
I have checked available ciphers list using the mentioned script (on Slackware64 14.2, OpenSSL 1.0.2k). It seems (at first sight) that nothing has changed. Again I see support only for four ciphers when using TLS 1.0. And those again are

DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA
ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA
DHE-RSA-AES128-SHA in comparison with m.youtube.com (ciphers in which I'm interested are highlighted)

The same problem exists for all my articles. In total 7 comment starting at the beginning of December. It is unfortunate and embarrassing.

I reported it 4 days ago but not reply.
It does happen about once a year. Last time the answer was "System kicked". It did help. I hope it will be kicked again.

On a user's profile page, the "Tech Blogs", "Articles" and "Tips/Tricks" links all link to /Articles/{username}#section.
But when there is a duplicate username, it picks the wrong user.
For example, KevinNg[^] (member 12960852) links to the page for kevinng[^] (member 1170924).
The same problem applies to the "@" link at the top of the profile page.

I noticed my discussion posts get flagged as spam for a while. I wanted to ask 'why' and apparently there is no "Contact us" link.
The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible.

Blame Thomas Bayes[^]. 
As I understand it, there's no fixed set of rules for what is and isn't flagged as spam. Instead, the system uses Bayesian probability to compare your message to previous messages, and decide how likely it is to be flagged as "spam". If the system thinks it's too similar to previous "spam" messages, it gets added to the moderation queue.
