I thought everyone was enjoying the lack of "Someone downvoted me!" messages 
(We are still chasing down an issue with rep points and Quick Answers though. It's bad timing, though, because we're about to launch a new service so things are a little hectic. OK, a huge, crazy amount hectic)

Hi,
I see,if i once rank a question to, lets say, 1 star. Later i can't update my ranking.
It can be a case that i could not understand the answer and ranked it badly but later after few comments i come to know that, yes, man had given a correct answer. but now i can't update my given rank to 5 from 1.
