Using threading to bind repeater in ASP.NET C#

Sir/Madam,
I have a repeater and it has records 200.But my problem is whenever i opened my website it opens slowly due to 200 records to fill my repeater. Now i want to use Threading to fill that repeater.

What I have tried:

I have tried but it doesn't show all data .Whenever i opened my website its give not 200 records sometimes its give 25,50,60 etc. How to bind all data in repeater.
