Cannot Open Any Files on Windows

Hey this morning I when I tryed to open any of my files I got this.

-Note-

I also ran a full AVG scan (it took 5 hours) adn removed all viruses and spyware still does not work.

Windows Exporer has stopped working

1.Check online for a solution
2. Restart the program
3 Debug the program
