how to upload excel file

suppose i have excel file in that file i have country and city.i want to store those country and city into sql server 2005 at the same time..help me?

First, this is a bad idea. Second, why do you think it should need upload? Well it might, but... you will have to parse it on server side. The format is proprietary, you will need install Office on server, or use really complex code.
