hide dockbar in C#.net..

Can anybody tell me to hide dockbar in C#.net..
just like visual studio tab(Toolbox,SolutionExplore..), when mouse focus goes on them the tab get visible and focus loose it becomes hide.
If any Dll availble then please give me link.
