I see on the articles link to download some codes. When I click on the link, a dialog of download is opened.

Do you have any code that do it? I search after something like this, that asks where to save or open it in the client computer...

that dialog box is not code generated. It is displayed by the browser.

The obvious way is by having a link to your file. You can also set the MIME type and writing your file with Response.WriteFile or similar.
