Open/Run Camera from background service in android to capture image

Dear all,

I'm Linh, a developer from Viet Nam.

I'm developing an android application which can detect user face.

This apps must run check user face in a background service.

I read a thread on stackoverflow. They said that it's possible to recording video in
android use background service.

Please give me some advice.
